• In apps like CapCut, just use most of their recommended settings.
• 24fps if you shot your videos at 24fps. 30fps if you shot at 30. It doesn’t matter too much just keep it consistent.
• Export at 1080P (Don’t bother with 4K for short form videos. And it’ll just get compressed by IG anyway, and its better for you to do the compressing on your end. And the smaller file sizes will save storage space)
• Turn off any sort of Smart HDR or AI ultra HD.
