How to Do It

Your video will be one block of text over a simple background clip. No fancy edits, no overthinking.
Here are some ideas for what to write, if you’re overthinking it:

Try being vulnerable and confess your insecurities around posting:
- "I’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to start… but that moment doesn’t exist."
- "I’ve overthought posting for way too long. This is me starting."
- "I told myself I’d start months ago. So here we are."
Give yourself the advice you wish you were following:
- "You don’t get good at something by thinking about it. You get good by doing it."
- "Younger me needed to hear this: Perfection kills progress."
- "No one cares as much as you think. Just post."
Tell yourself, you’ll regret not trying:
- "Future you will thank you for stepping out of your comfort zone.”
- "A year from now, you’ll wish you had started today." </aside>

Literally anything simple—this doesn’t need to be cinematic. You probably have plenty already in your camera roll you could use. Use that.
A cool scene. A shot of you doing something fun.
Something not too shaky.
